Following the success of our first 60-ton Reha Press, we have made the strategic decision to invest in a second machine, doubling our press capacity. This £50,000 investment is a testament to the machine’s impact on our operations and the growing demand for our bespoke manufacturing solutions.
The decision to install a second ensures we can continue to meet increasing demand while maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision. Much like the first press, the new machine features a 160mm centre hole and Siemens control system, enabling us to produce 8mm to 46mm A/F broached sockets with exceptional accuracy.
This expansion reinforces our commitment to growth and innovation, ensuring Bolt and Nut remains a leader in precision manufacturing.
