Export Sales Executive

Bolt & Nut Manufacturing Ltd. are currently recruiting for an Export Sales Executive.
Reporting directly to the Export Sales Manager. Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Handling existing and new customer accounts.
• Ensuring KPI’s are achieved including sales targets, TOP 50 generation, calls, visits and new accounts
• Ensuring all paperwork/systems are adhered to i.e. potentials sheet, call reports, filing etc.
• Attending exhibitions and visiting specific customers as required.
• Introducing new business from prospective accounts and regenerating business from dormant accounts.
• Investigating and progressing new markets and opportunities.
• Managing accounts of existing customers and generating sales.
• Promoting business to build customer portfolio.
• Raising profile of the company to current and prospective customers.
• Generating new business within your area and within the sectors and on the terms specified by the Sales Director.
• Assisting in developing the sales and marketing strategy to include advertising and promotion.
• Working closely with the Sales Manager to help form a successful Sales Team.
• Winning business at or above the company’s minimum approved margins.
• Researching new prospects

Export Sales Executive (Benelux Region)

Bolt & Nut Manufacturing Ltd are recruiting an Export Sales Executive (Benelux Region) to join its Sales Department, reporting to the UK & Benelux Sales Manager.

Bolt & Nut Manufacturing Ltd specialise in the manufacture of Special/Bespoke Fasteners for sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power Generation etc.

Our company has seen substantial growth within recent years and is investing in our staff and facility.

Applicants will need to be able to effectively manage their workload and meet strict deadlines.

You will be required to use Microsoft Office and Enterprise resource planning systems.

CNC Programmer

We have a position available for a CNC Programmer to join our team.

The duties of this role include:

  • Programme, Set and Operate CNC Lathes with fanuc
  • Edit Fanuc controls when required using G codes
  • Learn offline programming of Fanuc
  • Set machine and tooling without probes
  • Read and understand drawings
  • Monitor machinery and report problems
  • Monitor Coolant levels and top up as required

We are looking for someone with experience in the fastener industry with exotic materials strongly desirable.

Suitable industry recognised qualifications are required in CNC programming, setting and operating or a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar engineering environment at a comparable level.

Capstan Lathe Setter Operator

Bolt and Nut is recruiting an experienced Capstan Lathe Setter Operator for a role based in Coseley, Wolverhampton.

For this role you will be required to:

  • Set and Operate Capstan Lathe Safely and Effectively
  • Monitor Machinery and Report Problems
  • Monitor Coolant Levels and Top up as required
  • Ensure one’s own safety and that of others
  • Cooperate with employer on OH&S training and guidance

We are looking for someone who has at least two years’ fastener industry experience or a recognised qualification at level 2 or above. You must also be able to read and understand engineering drawings and set and operate Tangi-Flow Roller Box Attachments, Fette heads, and Coventry Die Heads.

You must have experience with Grinding and Forming tooling, Exotic Materials (Inconel, Titanium, etc) and knowledge of Inspection Techniques and Measuring Equipment. Good communication skills are also essential.

Saw and Stock Operative

We have a position available for a Saw and Stock Operative, ideally with experience in the fastener industry and exotic materials, to join our growing team.

For this role you will be required to:

  • Set and Operate Automatic Bandsaw
  • Set and Operate Chamfer Mate
  • Issue and process material as per customer requirements
  • Adjust machine offsets when required
  • Monitor machinery and report problems
  • Monitor Coolant levels and top up as required

It is essential you have experience in stock control of round bar and studding in long bar form, as well as experience with Bandsaws and Chamfer machines.

Counterbalance forklift and combi lift or multi directional forklift training is strongly desirable, as well as being familiar with measurement techniques and diameter sizes.

Auto Lathe Setter Operator

Bolt and Nut is currently recruiting for an experienced Auto Lathe Setter Operator to join our manufacturing team based in Coseley, Wolverhampton.

Duties of this role include setting and operating an Auto Lathe safely and effectively, monitoring machinery and reporting any problems, and monitoring coolant levels, topping up as required.

You must have a minimum of two years’ experience in the fastener industry or a recognised qualification at level 2 or above.

You must also have the experience to:

  • Read and Understand Engineering Drawings
  • Set and Operate Tangi-Flow Roller Box Attachment
  • Set and Operate Fette heads
  • Set and Operate Coventry Die Heads

Experience with grinding and forming tooling, exotic materials (Inconel, Titanium, etc), and knowledge of inspection techniques and measuring equipment is also required. Experience with setting and operating Landis Die Heads and drilling and broaching components is desirable.
