We’re pleased to welcome Nick March to the team as our Operations Director.
Nick joined Bolt and Nut earlier this year, bringing with him 35 years of experience in the special bolting industry. He began his career in planning, eventually progressing to run the department, before going on to hold roles in estimating and purchasing management. For the last eight years, he served as Operations Director in his previous role.
Nick is responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of work throughout the company and ensuring we continue to meet our targets for on-time delivery and quality. His role involves liaising with all departments including sales, planning, quality, engineering, goods in, health & safety, and logistics to support best working practices and ensure all company objectives are achieved.
We’re already seeing the benefit of having Nick on board as we continue to strengthen and grow departments across the company.
