Bolt and Nut is pleased to announce the appointment of Ashley Nicholls as our new Finance Director. With over 16 years of experience in accounting within the manufacturing industry, Ashley brings a wealth of expertise to our team.
A Chartered Management Accountant and graduate of the University of Wolverhampton with a BA (Hons) in Mathematical Sciences & Accounting, Ashley has led finance departments across multiple sectors from Chemical Manufacturing to Aerospace Engineering.
In his new role, Ashley will lead the finance department and shape the financial strategy of Bolt and Nut, ensuring the company continues to grow profitably while maintaining full financial compliance. A key priority for Ashley will be overseeing the implementation of a new ERP system, streamlining financial operations and supporting the company’s long-term success.
