CNC Programmer

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, duties of this role include:

  • Programme, Set and Operate CNC Lathes with fanuc.
  • Edit Fanuc controls when required using G codes.
  • Learn offline programming of Fanuc.
  • Set machine and tooling without probes.
  • Read and understand drawings.
  • Monitor machinery and report problems.
  • Monitor Coolant levels and top up as required.

Candidates should have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience with fastener industry and exotic materials strongly desired.
  • Suitable Industry recognised qualifications in CNC programming, setting and operating or a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar engineering environment at a comparable level.
  • Good communication skills.

We are looking for someone with drive and determination, the ability to work to deadlines, and a quick learner. You must have good time keeping skills and attention to detail.

French Speaking Sales Executive

Bolt & Nut Manufacturing Ltd are recruiting for a French Speaking Sales Executive to join its busy, internationally focused sales team. Based in Coseley, West Midlands with great access to rail networks this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company.

Reporting to the Export Sales Manager, you will handle all existing customer accounts for our French customers, as well as growing new accounts within your assigned area, ensuring KPIs are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Introducing new business from prospective accounts and regenerating business from dormant accounts, building long and meaningful customer relationships.
  • Ensuring KPI’s are achieved including sales target, calls, new accounts and visits, among others.
  • Attending exhibitions and visiting customers as required.
  • Assisting in developing the sales and marketing strategy to include advertising and promotion.
  • Investigating and progressing new markets and opportunities.
  • Generating new business within your assigned area and within the sectors and on the terms specified by the business.
  • Ensuring business is at or above the company’s minimum approved margins
  • Ensuring all paperwork and systems are adhered to.

The applicant must be business minded with a passion for sales being an advantage. The ability to communicate fluently in French is imperative. You will be expected to effectively manage your workload and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic vibrant organisation.
