Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within varying market places.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve account opening targets and bonuses.
- Collaborate with all other departments including, estimating, purchasing, marketing, operations, and finance.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients/partners, showcasing the company’s products and services
- Negotiate pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved
- Keep abreast of market developments and emerging technologies that our product may be used in
- Arrange travel for customer meetings both nationally and internationally.
- Identify/Attend Exhibitions and identify potential targets
- Arrange and control Exhibitions.
- Attend networking events and conferences.
- Identify potential subscriptions and approvals the company may need to break into new market sectors
- Learn and become knowledgeable about our products and the industry standards
- Help to run companies LinkedIn page / product posts.
Senior Technical Quality Engineer
Bolt & Nut Manufacturing Ltd are looking to recruit a Senior Technical Quality Engineer
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Review customer or industry specifications, interpreting relevant information and liaising with the estimating, planning and production departments.
- Raising testing and heat treatment purchase orders.
- Reviewing and communicating test results.
- Contract and Technical Review of customer requirements and BNML order packs.
- Liaising directly with suppliers and customers.
- Completion of C.A.R’s and 8 D analysis.
- Liaising directly with suppliers, customers and third-party Inspectors.
- Project Management of 3.2 and customer orders.
- Assisting the QA Manager in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.

CNC Programmer
Bolt & Nut Manufacturing Ltd are looking to recruit a CNC Programmer
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- The candidate will be required to programme, set and operate CNC Lathes safely and effectively using online Fanuc programmes.
- Learn and operate new machinery as the company require.
- Will be required to adjust machine settings when required.
- Monitor the machine for problems and report to management.
- Follow quality procedures and inspection frequencies.
- Monitor coolant levels and top up when required.
Transport Co-Ordinator
Bolt & Nut Manufacturing Ltd are looking to recruit a Transport Co-Ordinator
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- PO Entry – Recording Transportation Costs
- Recording Weights, Origins and HS codes of Our Products
- Creating applications on Chamber portal
- Booking Carriers
- Record on time delivery percentages
- Expediting- Chasing the relevant departments to ensure the jobs leave on time
- Answering phone and dealing with queries
- Collating shipping documentation, raising shipping labels, Packing Lists and Consolidated invoices
- Interacting with drivers
Process Operative
Bolt & Nut Manufacturing Ltd are looking to recruit a Process Operative
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Working closely with the Despatch Manager and team.
- Ensure markings and traceability of products via the etching process.
- Ensure work equipment is used in accordance with instructions, inspected prior to use and safe to use.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Ensure traceability of products throughout processes.
- Ensure work area is clean and tidy at all times.
- Ensure one’s own safety and that of others.
- Cooperate with employer on OH&S training and guidance.
- Do not interfere or misuse anything provided in the interest of health & safety.
