BNML are currently recruiting a German Sales Executive to join their busy sales team based in the West Midlands.

For this role you will work as part of the sales department handling new and existing accounts, contacting potential customers to generate new business and working to sales targets and deadlines.

Duties will include but are not limited to;

• Handling existing and new customer accounts.
• Ensuring KPI’s are achieved including sales targets, TOP 50 generation, calls, visits and new accounts
• Ensuring all paperwork/systems are adhered to i.e. potentials sheet, call reports, filing etc.
• Attending exhibitions and visiting specific customers as required.
• Introducing new business from prospective accounts and regenerating business from dormant accounts.
• Investigating and progressing new markets and opportunities.
• Managing accounts of existing customers and generating sales.
• Promoting business to build customer portfolio.
• Raising profile of the company to current and prospective customers.
• Generating new business within your area and within the sectors and on the terms specified by the Sales Director.
• Assisting in developing the sales and marketing strategy to include advertising and promotion.
• Working closely with the Sales Manager to help form a successful Sales Team.
• Winning business at or above the company’s minimum approved margins.
• Researching new prospects

Essential Requirements

• German Speaking
• Excellent communication skills
• Drive and determination
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Microsoft systems
• Well-presented and professional
• Good level of education
• Driving licence.

BNML are currently recruiting a Capstan Lathe Setter Operator to join their team based in the West Midlands.

We are looking for someone who has the skills and experience to operate Landis Die Heads and well as experience with drilling and broaching components.

Duties will include but are not limited to;

• Set and Operate Capstan Lathe Safely and Effectively.
• Monitor Machinery and Report Problems.
• Monitor Coolant Levels and Top up as required.
• Ensure one’s own safety and that of others.
• Cooperate with employer on OH&S training and guidance.
• Do not interfere or misuse anything provided in the interest of health & safety.
• Ensure PPE is worn when required.
• Report any accident, near miss or ill health immediately to employer.

Essential Requirements

• Two years’ experience in Fastener Industry or Recognised Qualification at level 2 or above.
• Read and Understand Engineering Drawings.
• Set and Operate Tangi-Flow Roller Box Attachment.
• Set and Operate Fette heads.
• Set and Operate Coventry Die Heads.
• Experience with Grinding and Forming tooling
• Experience with Exotic Materials (Inconel, Titanium, etc).
• Knowledge of Inspection Techniques and Measuring Equipment.
• Good communication skills.

BNML are currently recruiting a Despatch Driver / Etcher Operator to work as part of the despatch team at our Coseley based manufacturing facility.

The main responsibility of this role is to ensure that BNML’s products are handled, packed and delivered in accordance with the stated order requirements, meeting and exceeding our customers’ requirements.

You will maintain the highest quality of work, produced in the most efficient way, and work fully to the guidelines set out in our quality system.

Duties will include but are not limited to;

• Provide key support to our Despatch Manager.
• Deliver and collect products on behalf of the Despatch Department.
• Ensure markings and traceability of products via the etching process.
• Represent the company professionally at all times
• Monitor and Maintain Company vehicles at all times ensuring the vehicles are kept roadworthy and clean.
• Maintain accurate and legible daily and weekly check logs.
• Ensure traceability of products throughout processes.
• Comply with traffic laws at all times.
• Ensure one’s own safety and that of others.
• Cooperate with employer on OH&S training and guidance.
• Do not interfere or misuse anything provided in the interest of health & safety.
• Ensure PPE is worn when required.
• Report any accident, near miss, hazard, defect or ill health immediately to employer.

Essential Requirements

• Clean UK Driving License Category B & B1
• Knowledge of Enterprise resource planning software
• Experience working in a similar position or environment
• Forklift Truck trained strongly preferred
